General Provisions
These business and complaint conditions regulate the rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising from the purchase contract concluded between the seller, Ing. Michaela Wittnerova with its registered office at Prostějovska 4839/20, 08001 Prešov, Slovakia, reg. OR odd. Insert No.: 750-46124 V and to the buyer (paragraphs concerning the Consumer Protection Act apply only to the consumer, not to legal persons).

These General Terms and Conditions are part of the purchase contract and the purchase contract concluded at a distance and regulate the relationship between the supplier on one side and the buyer (customer) on the other. The purchase contract is created by sending the order to the buyer and acceptance of the order by the supplier. The supplier will confirm the receipt of the order to the buyer immediately by an informative email (see also your SPAM email). An email is sent automatically after the end of the order is not considered as an acceptance of the order.
By concluding the purchase contract, the buyer confirms that he has read these terms and conditions, including the complaint procedure, and agrees with them.
Before ordering, the buyer has the opportunity to get acquainted with these terms and conditions.
The seller reserves the right to cancel the order or part thereof in case of unavailability of goods. If the price of the supplier of the goods has changed significantly, the goods are no longer produced or delivered, the seller reserves the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.
If the buyer has already paid part or all of the purchase price, this amount will be transferred back to his account.
All contractual relations are concluded by the law of the Slovak Republic. Relationships not regulated by these terms and conditions of the contracting party is a consumer are governed by Act no. 40/1964 Coll., Civil Code as amended and Act no. 634/1992 Coll., Consumer Protection Act as amended. In relation to legal entities, the contractual relationship is governed by Act no. 513/1991 Coll., Commercial Code as amended.
